<br />a. Setback Variance 270 East 16th. Bennett,- Mrs: Marketa W. Bennett appealed,
<br />to the Council from a decision by the Board, of Appeals denying her request
<br />for a variance to allow construction' of a c~rport within th~ 3-foot side- ' I
<br />yard setback on the southwest side of her property located at 270 East 16th
<br />Avenue. Mr. Blackford was present; representing Mrs. Bennett, and showed
<br />pictures and a small sketch and a~ked' that the Council consider gr~nting I
<br />the:varian~e. Mr. ~wanson ~oved se~onded, ~y Dr~ Purdy to grant the vari-
<br />ance. Motion carried. -
