<br />feet under the tower in the administration building at Mahlon Sweet Field.
<br />For the use of this additional.' space, FAA will. pay to the City of Eugene

<br />Vik ConstructioB Company had estimated a cost of, $55,000 for completion
<br />of the restaurant area in the new ~erminalbuilding"at.Mahlon:Sweet Field.
<br />Mr~, Vern~Langford, proposed: operator cif the restaur'ant,' will pay for any
<br />:cost in excess, of $3.5,000 .incurred inccompleting -the area.. In additJ.:on,

<br />copies of a letter he had written to the Mayor and Common Council of the
<br />City of Eugene with r:eference :to' the propo'sed off-street parking "bond':
<br />issue. In his letter, Mr. Hawn suggested that the" Council' examine the
<br />different methods of retiring the proposed $2.5 million bond issue for off-
<br />street pa:tkirig.' .He also suggested: the forma:tion. of. a. parking.:distrfct, and
