<br />Smith, 525 East 13th Avenue, and Dr. Louis L. Schneider, 509 East 13th.
<br />Avenue, requested restoration of the 2-hour parking limitation on the
<br />north stde of 13th Avenue 'between Ferry and Patterson Streets, instead
<br />of the present l-hour limitation. Dr. Purdy moved seconded by Mr. Chatt

<br />l8.Rhododendron Show - Mr. Merv Vater was present and asked the Council's
<br />permission to again make a charge. of, $.50 for .t.he Rhododendron ,Society' s show'
<br />to be held in Hendricks Park this spring. Mr. Vater also asked.if the'City'
<br />would receive and hold in trust certain funds received by the Rhododendron
<br />., Soctety for construction ',of a shelter' in' HendriCKS .,Park near -. the. Rlfododen-
<br />dron Society's-section~' Mr. Vater 'was informed that this could be arranged,
