Annexation Crest Drive Elementary School - The Planning .Comm~ss~on recom- <br /> mended that the Crest Drive Elementary .School site be aqnexed to the City <br /> of Eugene. Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mr. Crakes to approve the annexa- <br /> tion. <br />I 3 2. Sanitary Sewers Willakenzie Improvement District WS-64-l0 (Gilham Road <br /> from Belt Line Road to Jeppeson Acres Road) - The petitioners for thi~ <br /> improvement are located in a large area which could be set up as an im- <br /> provement district in the Willakenzie area. Mr. Chatt moved seconded by <br />. Mr. Hawk to approv~ installation of sewers in the district out~ined by <br /> the petition. Motion carried. <br />e 4 3.. Paving Calvin Street from Western Avenue to Vernon Way; also Martha Court <br /> from Calvin Street to west - Since the east side of Calvin Street is out- <br /> side the City, only the.west half of this street could be paved under. <br /> this petition. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Hawk to approve paving <br /> the entire width of the street, providing the petitioners agree to pay <br /> the assessment for the full width of paving. Motion carried. <br /> 5 4. Paving 25th, Hilyard to University - Mr. Christ~nsen moved seconded by <br /> Mr. Crakes to proceed with the paving of this street and to ~ward the <br /> contract to the low bidder on the project as submitted on June 16, 1964. <br /> Motion carried. <br />, <br /> 6 5. Paving 15th, Tyler to Fairgrounds - Mr. Christensen moved seconded by <br /> Mr. Hawk to approve paving 15th Avenue east from Tyler Street one-hal~ <br /> block to the Fairgrounds.
