Should the installation be <br />made. underground; the charge would be $555 whi~h would mean a $130 charge <br />to the developer with Eugene Water & Electric B~ard paying $425, and.would <br />raise the City's monthly' payment to $3.70 per pole per month. After some I <br />discussion by the Council, Mrs. Lauris moved sec~nded by Mr. Chatt~to ap~ <br />prove the proposal of underground wiring with the distribution of costs <br />as outlined.
