Vacation alley between Willamette and Oak, 26th and 27th (Hafdahl) ~ <br /> I Milligan and Brown, attorneys for Walter Hafdahl, submitted the re- <br /> quest for vacation of the alley in this block running along Lots 12, <br /> 13, 14, and 15, Block 26, Frasier-Eyland Addition. The Public Works <br /> Department had no objection to the requested vacation if Mr. Hafdahl <br /> is willing to construct a sewer manhole on_ the south boundary of his <br /> prop~ty and if agreement can be reached as to the fair market value <br /> of the land proposed to be vacated. The Planning Commission also <br /> recommended approval of the vacation. , <br /> e Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt to approve the recommended zoning of newly- <br /> annexed areas as recommended by the Planning Commission, and to approve the vacation <br /> of the alley as recommended by the Public Works Department and Planning Commission. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 4 d. Planning Commission Resolution re: Central Business District rezoning - <br /> The Planning .Commission adopted a resolution of their intent to rezone <br /> from C-3P to C-3 any properties in the Central Business District which <br /> may fall within a parking assessment district. <br /> Mr. Christensen moved seconded by Mr.Chatt that this item be held over.. Motion car- <br /> ried. <br /> 5 4. Terminal Building Leases, Mahlon Sweet ~ Agreements were presented for <br /> leasing space in the terminal building to National Car Rental, A. B. <br /> I Scarlett Transportation Rental, and Ronald Hilton (Avis Car Rental). <br /> Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Chatt that the leases be approved and proper City <br /> officials authorized to execute.
