<br />the Council. Mr. Swanson moved seconded by Mr. Chatt to receive the

<br />3 d. Variance to allow catering service and hiring of more than 'four
<br />employes near East Irwin Way on Barger Drive, Caldwell - Mr.Caldwell
<br />had previously been granted a variance to ,operat'e a cat-ering servfc.e I
<br />at 2292 DeVos Street until such time as sewer service is available.
<br />He is now requesting a variance s~ ~hat he can move his operation
<br />'to a location on Barger Drive ~n a C~2 zone. The Pl~nning Commission
<br />recommended granting th'evariance to allow the cater:~ng ser,!,ice and,
<br />to waive the restriction limiting operation to four "employes.
