Rezoning to C-2 area on Barger Drive between East and West Irwin <br />Way and on both sides of East and West Irwin Way <br />, c. Rezoning to C-2 area west of Echo Hollow Road from BPA line to <br />750 feet north <br /> <br />The Planning' Commission recommended rezoning the above areas ~n <br />the Beth'el-Danebo district as shown. Variance to allow catering service and hiring of more than 'four <br />employes near East Irwin Way on Barger Drive, Caldwell - Mr.Caldwell <br />had previously been granted a variance to ,operat'e a cat-ering servfc.e I <br />at 2292 DeVos Street until such time as sewer service is available. <br />He is now requesting a variance s~ ~hat he can move his operation <br />'to a location on Barger Drive ~n a C~2 zone.
