Willamette to Jefferson- <br />As a result of a traffic, survey; the Puplic Works Department recommended <br />that Lincoln be.made a: through street 'from'13th to 18th and from' 18th to <br />29th with stop ,signs installed at all intersecting streets, from 13th to <br />18th and 'at: 23rd and:~7th, and hieldsigns ihst~lled at:all intersections <br />other.than 23rd and: 27th between: 18th and: 29th. Also, that the stop sign <br />now: stopping: northbound traffic on Lincoln at, 23rd remain.
