<br />had'ruied that .John Kovtyhovich had not 'proven a c.ause for suit. agcHnst I
<br />the Cit~ in connection with his claim on'the con~~ructio~'of the~illa-
<br />kenzie Sewage Pumping Station. The Claim fot $35~000 was therefore denied.
