Condemnatfon.Weiser property, Coburg Road - Cond~mnation pro'ceedings . had previou~ly been acithorized on ihis pro~erty ~t ~45 Coburg Ro~din the amount of $1160.: Tlie:city attorney stated ihat Mrs. Weiser felt the amount offeredw~s too low since the wideni~g of Coburg Road would bring the property line ,to within 15 feet of, her :house. :The city at- torney also explained that the condemnation proceedings 'are'schedu ied for next week, and he re:quest.ed permission for a negoti~ied settlement with Mrs. We~ser.' Mr. Chatt moved:seconded by' D~. Purdy to authorize the staff to negotiate the amount for damages t~ be ,paid to Mrs.Weiser. Motion carried. : Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Dr. Purdy to approve Item 12 of the Committee'report.
