Motion carried. 1 Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mr. McNutt to approve the license applications. A vote-was taken on the original motion as amen~ed, and motion as amended carried. Oregon Electric has used their entire property for a terminal facility, allowed in an M-2 zone; and have been informeq this is not an a1lowa1be use on th~ portion zoned C-3. The Planning Commission had recommended denial. Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to deny the request. This item was tabled in Mr. Chatt moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris that Items 2d and 2e of the Committee report be received and filed. Motion carried. 7 f. Rezone to C-3P area on south side of 6th Avenue. between Ty1~r and Polk, Scarlett (65-033):: The Planning Commission recommended approval of the request. to rezo~e this area from C-1 Limited Commercial to C-3P Co~~rcia1.
