<br />Club Plaza:) - State,Finance Company: requested a variance from the 250-foot setback
<br />required from the east line of the north/south section of Willakenzie Road-abutting

<br />their property at this location. The Planning Commission recommended approval.
<br />Dr.Purdy moved seconded by Mr. Crakes to amend the agreement to approve the location
<br />of buildings as shown on plan approved by Planning Commission at January 4,1966 meet-
