<br />47~ <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />1/24/66 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />ORDINANCES <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 7324 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer in Fil-Acres Addition, submitted <br />and read the first time in full on January 10, 1966 and held over for proper notice of assessment to <br />be given owners of affected property, was brought back for consideration with no written protests on <br />fi,1 e . <br /> <br />Mr.Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to read the bill the second time by council bill number only, <br />with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the second <br />time by council bill number only. <br /> <br />Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to read the bill the third time ,by council bill number only, <br />with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the third <br />time by council bill number only. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris co approve the bill and give it final passqge. Rollcall vote. <br />All councilmen present voting aye, the bill was declared passed ,and numbered 14154. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 7325 - Levying assessments for sanitary sewer in Willakenzie Improvement Dis- <br />trict WS-64-7 (between Oakway Road and Fairway Loop from Coburg Road tQ Fair Oaks Drive, submitted <br />and read in full the first time on January lO, 1966 and held over for proper notice of assessment <br />to be given owners of affected property was brought back for consideration with several written pro- <br />tests on file. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Oral protests were also made by Messrs. McCann, Hicks, Larson, and Jewitt. <br /> <br />Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to read the bill the second time by,council bill number only, <br />with unanimous consent of the Council. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the second <br />time by council bill number only. <br /> <br />Mr. Hawk moved seconded by Mrs. Lauris to read the billthe third time bycouncil bill numberonly, <br />with unanimous consent of the Council.
