The Board also requested authorization <br /> for'granting a IS-foot access ~asement across its Leabutg Canal property to Marvin and <br /> Josephine McClure. Fire Protection Contracts - Zumwalt, Wil1akenzie, Eugene No. 1 - The State Fire In- <br /> surance Rating Bureau requires written notification of extension of fire protection. <br /> contracts between the City and rural fire, districts. The contracts are written on an <br /> annual basis and, normally extended beyond the expiratioh date of June 30. A. form of <br /> extension letter was presented which would extend each,contract to June, 30, 1967. <br /> Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by Mr. Anderson to authorize extension of contracts by <br /> letter. Continuation of Municipal Government - A report was received from the City Attorney <br /> concerning continuation of Eugene's government in the event of death of four or more <br /> members of the City Council and/or the Mayor in a common disaster.
