Motion carried. <br /> 2 18': Parking Prohibition, Almaden south of 7th - The Public Works Department recommended <br /> approval of Pacific Northwest Bell's request to prohibit parking on the west side of <br /> Almaden Street for 240 feet south of 7th Avenue. Mr. McNutt moved seconded by <br /> Mr. Anderson to approve. Motion carried. <br /> 3 19. Parking Prohibition, 18th between Potter and University - Central Lutheran Church at <br /> 1857 Potter requested parking prohibition to give sight clearance for exiting from <br /> the alley on the south side of 18th between Potter and University. The Public Works <br /> Department recommended prohibition of parking for 55 feet beginning 135 feet east of <br /> Potter on the south side of 18th. Mr. Lassen moved seconded by Dr. Purdy to approve. <br /> Motion carried. <br />e 4 20. Parking Prohibition, 3rd and High - The Public Works Department recommended prohibition <br /> of parking for sight clearance on the south side of 3rd Avenue just east of High <br /> Street, and on the east side of High just north of 3rd. Mrs. Lauris moved seconded by <br /> Dr Purdy to approve. Motion carried. <br /> 5 21. Parking Structure, 10th and Oak - The City Manager asked the Council's approval for <br />I Norman Jacobson, previously selected architect, to proceed with design of the parking <br /> structure proposed for 10th and Oak if private funds are available. No public funds <br /> may be used unless pending Court action is favorable. Mr. Anderson moved seconded <br /> by Mrs. Hayward to proceed with design if private funds are available.
