' <br /> <br />Mr. Williams moved seconded by Mrs. Hayward that Item 2 be enlarged to include "satisfactory <br />of technical design and relatiopship studies." <br /> <br />Vote was taken on amendment. <br /> <br />All voting aye, the motion carried. <br /> <br />Vote taken on main motion as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Agreements, Oregon State Highway Department - Public Works Department has reviewed proposed <br />agreements, and met with the State Highway Department. Staff recommends approval of <br />contract and passage of a resolution authorizing the Manager to sign an agreement. No <br />action taken at this time. <br /> <br />Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mrs. Hayward to authorize the City Manager to sign an agreement between <br />Oregon State Highway Department and the City. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Ordinance Amending Code - Code prohibits barbed wire fences in the City. Amendment will <br />permit stnands of barbed wire on fences at Jefferson Memorial Swimming Pool.
