Planning Director pointed out that sewer assessments
have been made and the system nay be extended in most cases.

City Manager said it is considered public benefit to have a unified
boundary. The City would look with disfavor on an annexation requiring
a large capital investment, unless'a funding program was available.

Mayor Anderson said he could fore~ee a great deal of building in the
future, and pressure to move out. He felt some kind of line should be
established wi th some indication urban services would not be extended
and fragmented as has'been done in the past.

Planning Director said they have been t~ying to work this out with the
County and come to an agreement.

.-1 ';1:

Mr. Mohr moved seconded by Mr. 'league to refer this request for '
annexation, as recommended by the Planning Commission, to the Boundary
Commission.
