He said Mr. <br />alley, and they too are opposed. Hal Bailey submitted the low bid of $334.00 and Harry Abejin bid <br />$648.00. As a result, the Council decided to proceed, and Hal <br />Bailey Const. Co. is low bidder on the project. Staff has had correspondence with the owner <br />of the property in which he objects to this ~ocedure. The <br />Counciw could then act on the other resolution proposed by the Committee. <br /> <br />Mrs. Hanning pointed out that there were two portions to the request, and the motion <br />included only one resolution. They would also request the Council to come to a decision <br />regarding its feelings about the war, and that it urge the State's representative to <br />act on those feelings. <br /> <br />Mr. Mohr outlined Council problems with resolutions concerning issues outside the limits, <br />of the City when there was not unanimous support of the Comnci1.
