Mr. Williams moved seconded by Mr. Mohr that the Council act as indicated to accept, approve, affirm or5file the items listed above. Rollcall vote. V. Items not Previously Discussed A. Improvement Projects . 1. Sanitary Sewer, North Shasta Loop - Public Works poll indicated 63% approval. .~ 2. Sidewalk, west side, Coburg Road from Country Club Road to Oakway Road . One owner involved (P,:,p~?_Volkswag'en). Recommend proceed to receive bids. Mr. Williams moved seconded by Mr. Mohr that the Council approve the design and call for bids on items VA 1 and 2. Motion carried. B. North Beltline Floodway Easement 1. Gloria Ruth Waldahl 2. Louis Retlich Purchases $45.00 $3,450.00 Mr. Williams moved seconded by Mr. Mohr that the Council approve the two items listed above. Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye, the motion carried. C. Liquor, License, approved by Police Department DA - Charter Oak Restaurant, No.1 Oakway Mall (Greater Privilege) Mr. Williams moved seconded by Mr. Mohr that the license above be approved. Motion carried. ORDINANCES COUNCIL BILL NO. 9397 - Levying assessments for paving, sanitary sewer and storm sewer within A f, B Subdivision, Holtan Subdivision and Hutchason Subdivision was submitted the first time on April 12, 1971~ held over to this meeting to al+ow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected property and is brought back for consideration with no written protests on file. Mr. Williams moved seconde,d by Mr. Gribskov that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the CQuncil, and that enactment be considered at this time. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the second time by council bill number only. Mr. Williams moved seconded by Mr. Gribskov that the bill be approved and given final passage. vote.
