.~ ~ I ~ ORDINANCES Council Bill No. 9561 - Declaring deficit assessment for 10th and Oak Overpark, declaring emergency, and calling public hearing February~'l", 1972, was read the first time by council bill number only, no counilman present requesting that it be read in full. -- Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr.,Mohr that the council bill be held to the meeting of February 14,1972 to allow proper notice of assessment to be given owners of affected properties. Motion carried. Council Bill No. 9562 - Providing penalty for violation of Code with regard ot immobilization "boot ," was read the f~rst time by council bill number only, no councilman present requesting that it be read in full.. !' . Mr. TeagUe:;moved seconded by Mr. Mohr that the council bill be read the second time by council bill nuni>er only, with unanimous consent of ,the Council, and that enactment be considered at this time. Motion carried. Mr. Teague moved seconded by Mr. Mohr that the council bill be approved and given final passage. Rollcall vote. All councilmen present voting aye. motion carried, the bill WIS declared passed and numbered 16353.
