Roll <br />call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 8:0. <br /> <br />Chapter III, Section B of the Metro Plan <br /> <br />Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, to tentatively approve <br />text changes to the Economy section recommended by the MPC, <br />incorporating the change recommended by the Lane County Planning <br />Commission under item #1 on page 4 of the Text Amendments. Roll <br />call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 8:0. <br /> <br />Chapter III, Section C of the Metro Plan <br /> <br />Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, to tentatively approve <br />text changes to the Environmental Resources section recommended <br />by the MPC and the three planning commissions, including the <br />revised version of Policy No. 36 presented by staff in the <br />January 5 Goal 5 memo, including an indication that experts ~,ill <br />be consulted when inventories of natural and historic resources <br />are compiled, and including a clarification of how "signifi- <br />cance" will be determined. Roll call vote; the motion carried <br />unanimously, 8:0. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Chapter III, Section D of the Metro Plan <br /> <br />Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, to tentatively approve <br />text changes to the Willamette River Greenway section recom- <br />mended by the MPC and the three planning commissions, including <br />the deletion of proposed Policy 13 described on page 6 of the <br />Text Amendments. Roll call vote; the motion carried unani- <br />mously, 8:0. <br /> <br />Chapter III, Section E of the Metro Plan <br /> <br />Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, to tentatively approve <br />text changes to the Environmental Design section recommended by <br />the MPC and the three planning commissions. Roll call vote; the <br />motion carried unanimously, 8:0. <br /> <br />Chapter III, Section F of the Metro Plan <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, to tentatively approve <br />text changes to the Transportation section recommended by the <br />MPC and the three planning commissions. <br /> <br />Answering a question from Ms. Wooten, Ms. Brody said the motion will add a <br />finding to the Transportation section. The finding clarifies how rail routes <br />link Eugene and Springfield to the other rail routes in the area.
