Roll call vote; the <br />motion carried unanimously, 8:0. <br /> <br />Chapter III, Section H of the Metro Plan <br /> <br />Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, to tentatively approve <br />text changes to the Park and Recreation Facilities section <br />recommended by the MPC and the three planning commissions. Roll <br />call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 8:0. <br /> <br />Chapter III, Section I of the Metro Plan <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, to tentatively approve <br />text changes to the Historic Preservation section recommended by <br />the MPC, including a revised Policy No.6 incorporating both the <br />Springfield and Eugene Planning Commissions' recommendations as <br />described on page 7 of the Text Amendments. <br /> <br />Answering a question from Ms. Wooten, Ms. Brody said the planning directors <br />wanted to update the archaeological working paper during the Metro Plan <br />Update. However, the Eugene Planning Commission recommended that the archaeo- <br />logical working paper be updated and an inventory of archaeological sites <br />prepared earlier if grants can be obtained to fund them. Ms. Bishow said the <br />Springfield and Eugene Planning Commissions' recommendations can be consoli- <br />dated if the motion is approved. <br /> <br />Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 8:0. <br /> <br />Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, to tentatively approve <br />the Eugene Planning Commission's recommendation to add new <br />Policies 7 and 8 to the Historic Preservation section as listed <br />under item 2 on page 8 of the Text Amendments. Roll call vote; <br />the motion carried unanimously, 8:0. <br /> <br />Chapter III, Section J of the Metro Plan <br /> <br />Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, to tentatively approve <br />the text changes to the Energy section recommended by the MPC <br />amending Pol icy #1 and described on page 9 of the Text Amend-. <br />ments.
