e Mr. Holmer said the annual review of the T-2000 Plan did not accomplish much. Reviews of the TransPlan every 30 months with annual reports for emergency action would be more efficient. Mr. Holmer moved, seconded by Mr. Miller, to amend the motion to approve the recommendation of the Springfield and Lane County Planning Commissions for the addition of PCl subject to a change to provide a review, endorsement, and amendment process ever)' thirty months. Roll call vote; the motion failed 2:6 with Mr. Holmer and Mr. Rutan voting aye and Ms. Bascom, Ms. Schue, Ms. Wooten, Mr. Hansen, Ms. Ehrman, and Mr. Miller voting nay. Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, to approve the recommendation of the Springfield and Lane County Planning Commissions to add the fOllowing Policy PCl to the Planning and Coordination section (Page 4 of TransPlan): Provide for an annual review and endorsement process for TransPlan which includes consideration of amendments. Roll call vote; the motion carried 6:2 with Ms. Bascom, Ms. Wooten, Mr. Hansen, Ms. Ehrman, Mr. Rutan, and Mr. Miller voting aye and Mr. Holmer and Ms. Schue voting nay. e Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, to approve the recommendation of the Eugene Planning Commission to add the following Policy PC8 to the Planning and Coordination section (Page 4 of TransPlan): Prepare an Annual Report which summarizes transportation statistics as they pertain to progress made in attaining the goals of the Plan. Roll call vote: the motion carried 1:1 with Mr. Holmer, Ms. Bascom, Ms. Wooten, Mr. Hansen, Ms. Ehrman, Ms. Schue, and Mr. Miller voting aye and Mr. Rutan voting nay. F.
