Council Bill 2932 was read the second time by council bill number only. e Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, that the bill be approved and given final passage. Roll call vote; all councilors present voting aye, the bill was declared passed (and became Ordinance No. 19435). Mayor Obie recessed the meeting of the Eugene City Council and convened a meeting of the Eugene Urban Renewal Agency. III. PUBLIC HEARING: EUGENE RENEWAL AGENCY SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1 FY87 BUDGET NO. 1 FY87 City Manager Micheal Gleason introduced consideration of the Eugene Renewal Agency Supplemental Budget No.1. Mayor Obie opened the public hearing. There being no requests to testify, Mayor Obie closed the public hearing. Referring to a Beginning Working Capital adjustment of $195,426 for the Broadway Corridor Project and 8th/High Landscape and Overpark Improvements on pages 2 and 3 of the budget, Ms. Bascom said she raised questions about the item at the Budget Committee meeting. She said the council wanted a unified 1 andscapi ng plan for the downtown and the fifth Street Corri dor but the council's wish has not been implemented very well. She said she will continue e to work on the project and hopes to organize an inter-departmental team to coordinate such things as tree planting and unifying tree wells. Res. No. 924--A resolution adopting a supplemental budget; making appropriations for the Eugene Renewal Agency for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1986, and ending June 30, 1987. Mr. Hansen moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, to adopt the resolution. Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 7:0. Mayor Obi e adjourned the meeting of the Eugene Urban Renewal Agency and reconvened the meeting of the Eugene City Council. IV.
