(Contract #84-17) <br /> <br />CB 2935--An ordinance concerning assessments for sanitary sewers <br />to Eugene's Park Place Subdivision; amending Ordinance <br />No. 19360, and declaring an emergency. (Contract No. <br />84-117) <br /> <br />CB 2936--An ordinance concerning assessments for paving and storm <br />sewers in Country Club Road from Club Road to Coburg <br />Road; and in Club Road from Country Club Road to 200 <br />feet south; amending Ordinance No. 19280, and declaring <br />an emergency. (Contract No. 84-26) <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />CB 2938--An ordinance levying/concerning assessments for sanitary <br />sewer in Bertelsen Road from 300 feet south of 18th <br />Avenue to Bailey Hill Road; amending Ordinance No. <br />19287, and declaring an emergency. (Contract No. 84-28) <br /> <br />CB 2939--An ordinance concerning assessments for sanitary sewers <br />on Ferry Street from 18th Avenue to 150 feet north of <br />18th Avenue; amending Ordinance No. 19367, and declar- <br />ing an emergency. (Contract No. 85-30) <br /> <br />Ms. Ehrman moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, that the bills <br />be read the second time by council bill numbers only, with <br />unanimous consent of the council, and that enactment be <br />considered at this time. Roll call vote; the motion carried <br />unanimously, 8:0. <br /> <br />Council Bills 2934, 2935, 2936, 2937, 2938, and 2939 were read the second time <br />by council bill numbers only. <br /> <br />Ms. Ehrman moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, that the bills be <br />approved and given final passage.
