ATTACHMENT B <br /> MINUTES <br /> <br /> Council Committee on Intergovernmental Relations <br /> McNutt Room--City Hall <br /> <br /> April 28, 2005 <br /> 9 a.m. <br /> <br />PRESENT~ Gary Pap6, Chair; Bonny Bettman, Betty Taylor, members; Mary Walston, Jason Heuser, <br /> Lisa Klemp, Mary Feldman, City Manager's Office; Ellwood Cushman, Kristi Wilde, <br /> Eugene Police Department; Para Berrian, Patty Boyle, Central Services Department; Kurt <br /> Yeiter, Stuart Ramsing, Planning and Development Department; Jerome Lidz, City Attor- <br /> ney's Office. <br /> <br />1. Call to Order/Review Agenda <br /> <br />Mr. Pap6 called the meeting of the Council Committee on Intergovernmental Relations (CCIGR) to order. <br /> <br />Mr. Pap6 asked if the committee could go to bi-weekly meetings. Mr. Heuser suggested the committee meet <br />the following week; after that, he believed meetings could occur bi-weekly. He did not think the committee <br />would be considering any new bills by that time. <br /> <br />The committee agreed to meet on May 5 and May 12. <br /> <br />2. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br /> Ms. Taylor, seconded by Ms. Bettman, moved to approve the minutes of April 14, 2005. <br /> The motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />3. Citizen's Resolution <br /> <br />Ms. Bettman indicated she had pulled the item so the resolution could be further edited. She invited Mr. <br />Pap6 to share any edits he had with staff at the Oregon Natural Resources Council. The committee agreed <br />to consider the resolution at the next meeting. <br /> <br />4. Review Pending Legislation <br /> <br />Priority ! Bills' <br /> <br />SB 1030 <br /> <br />Mr. Pap6 determined from Ms. Berrian that no talking points had yet been developed for Senate Bill (SB) <br /> <br />MINUTES--Council Committee on Intergovernmental Relations April 28, 2005 Page 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
