Applies to tax years beginning on or after July 1, 2006. 4/07 <br /> Appropriates moneys from General Fund to Department of Education for State School Fund. <br /> Limits biennial expenditures of lottery funds allocated to department for State School Fund. <br /> Limits biennial expenditures of department from timber tax funds and accounts. Establishes <br /> maximum amount department may spend from State School Fund each fiscal year of <br /> biennium. Appropriates moneys from General Fund to department for Local Option <br /> Equalization Grants Account. Directs Oregon Department of Administrative Services, in <br /> consultation with Legislative Fiscal Office, to determine amount of projected savings to school <br /> districts and education service districts from specified actions. Reduces amount appropriated <br /> from General Fund to Department of Education for State School Fund by amount equal to <br /> projected savings. Appropriates amount equal to projected savings from General Fund to <br /> HB 2855 I Support Education Stability Fund. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2005. 4/07 <br /> Directs cities to distribute percent of moneys received by cities from violations of laws and <br /> ordinances related to parking privileges for disabled persons to organizations that serve <br /> HB 2867 1 Oppose ~ersons with disabilities. 4/07 <br /> HB 2869 1 Support/Am Imposes fee on retail sale of studded tires or on installation of studs in tire. 3/24 <br /> Increases limit on fees imposed by local government for implementing local community right <br /> HB 2943 1 Support to know regulatory program. 5/12 <br /> Authorizes industrial development in buildings of any size and type on industrial lands outside <br /> urban growth boundaries of cities and metropolitan service district.
