Directs local governments to <br /> amend or replace regional goals and objectives, regional framework plans, comprehensive <br /> SB 0100 2 Oppose plans and land use regulations to conform to new statewide land use planning goals. 3/31 <br /> Expands definition of 'sex crime' for purposes of sex offender registration to include crimes of <br /> other jurisdictions requiring registration as sex offender under federal law. Requires person <br /> who moves into this state to report to law enforcement agency if person is required by federal <br /> SB 0127 2 Support law to report as sex offender. 2/11 <br /> Prohibits discrimination against persons based on sexual orientation in certain areas of law. <br /> Defines terms. Authorizes enforcement of prohibition through civil action for actual and punitive <br /> damages. Authorizes award of attorney fees in civil proceedings for unlawful discrimination <br /> based on sexual orientation.
