2005 Legislative Session IGR Commitee Bill Approval May 23, 2005 <br /> <br /> Provides immunity under certain circumstances for person reporting possession of or <br /> transaction involving precursor substance. Creates crime of distribution of equipment, solvent, <br /> reagent or precursor substance with intent to facilitate manufacture of controlled substance. <br /> Punishes by maximum of ten years' imprisonment, $250,000 fine, or both. Creates crime of <br /> unlawful possession of lithium metal or sodium metal. Punishes by maximum of one year's <br /> ~mprisonment, $6,250 fine, or both. Expands crime of theft in first degree to include theft of <br /> ~recursor substances. Modifies recording requirements for transactions involving iodine in <br /> elemental form or iodine matrix. Increases punishment for failing to comply with recording <br /> requirements to maximum of one year's imprisonment, $6,250 fine, or both. Creates crime of <br /> unlawful distribution of iodine in elemental form. Punishes by maximum of one year's <br /> ~mprisonment, $6,250 fine, or both. Creates crime of unlawful distribution of iodine matrix. <br /> SB 0183 2 Support Punishes by maximum of one year's imprisonment, $6,250 fine, or both. 2/17 <br /> Allows public servant or public servant's employer to seek injunction against person engaging <br /> ~n certain criminal conduct directed at public servant and related to public servant's <br /> employment. Allows person subject to injunction to request hearing within 30 days after order <br /> SB 0218 2 Support served. 2/17 <br /> Allows public servant or public servant's employer to seek injunction against person engaging <br /> in certain criminal conduct directed at public servant and related to public servant's <br /> employment { + or status as elected or appointed public servant + }. Allows person subject to <br /> SB 0218A 2 Support injunction to request hearing within 30 days after order served. 4/21 <br /> Establishes minimum amount of participation in physical education by kindergarten through <br /> SB 0228 2 Neutral grade 8 public school students. Specifies requirements for physical education instruction. 2/11 <br /> Requires places of public accommodation to remove barriers and provide auxiliary aids and <br /> services when necessary to provide disabled persons access to goods, services and facilities <br /> offered by places of public accommodation. Provides exceptions. { + Declares emergency, <br /> SB 0235A 2 Support effective on passage. + } 4/07 <br /> Prohibits discrimination, on account of race, religion, sex, marital status, color, national origin <br /> or age, in price charged for services of similar kind by place of public accommodation. Provides exceptions. 3/24 <br /> Reduces penalty for driving while under influence of intoxicants if person was operating <br /> SB 0261 2 Oppose/Am nonmotorized vehicle. 4/21 <br /> Requires that statement made by defendant during custodial interrogation be recorded <br /> SB 0265 2 Oppose electronically to be admissible as evidence against defendant.
