Specifies sources and purposes. <br /> Forbids forester or other agency from interfering with landowner taking action to suppress fire <br /> on landowner's land unless action would increase risk of injury to persons or equipment. <br /> Reduces or eliminates harvest tax and assessments, depending on amount held in Oregon <br /> Forest Land Protection Fund. Removes sunset of provisions reducing reserve base of Oregon <br /> Forest Land Protection Fund. Appropriates moneys from General Fund to State Forestry <br /> Department for payment of catastrophic fire insurance.
