He said the proposed vacation <br /> of a 50-feet wide, 140-feet long unimproved right-of-way was initiated by the <br /> property owner who wishes to incorporate the area into a development site. <br /> e Staff believes necessary private right-of-way with easement or additional <br /> easements for the extension of urban services could be secured when the <br /> development occurs. <br /> Mayor Miller opened the public hearing. <br /> Harry Taylor, 25119 Lamb Road, Elmira, identified himself as the <br /> representative of the applicant and said he was available to answer the <br /> council's questions. <br /> There being no other requests to speak, Mayor Miller closed the public <br /> hearing. <br /> CB 4157--An ordinance vacating a public right-of-way 50 feet <br /> wide extending 142 feet north of the northerly <br /> right-of-way line of Lone Oak Avenue, as more <br /> particularly described in Exhibit A in the attached <br /> ordinance. <br /> Ms. Bascom moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, that the bill, with <br /> unanimous consent of the council, be read the second time by <br /> council bill number only, and that enactment be considered at <br /> this time.
