Mr. Lindberg <br />noted agreement with the program revisions, but he questioned the accuracy of <br />financial information on page 7 (financial support for neighborhoods in view of <br />proposed budget reductions in fiscal year 1983). Ms. Vanderpool responded that <br />the information contained was from January 1982. <br /> <br />Ms. Schue stated that she is pleased with the activities of this group, and is <br />awaiting the pamphlet series on planning information, phrased so that the <br />average person can understand it. <br /> <br />C. Supplemental Budget No.5 (memo, listing distributed) <br /> <br />Mr. Gleason noted that this was adopted by the Budget Committee recently and <br />includes the Airport funding from the Federal grant. <br /> <br />Public hearing was opened; there being no testimony, public hearing was closed. <br /> <br />CB 2451--An ordinance adopting a supplemental budget; making <br />appropriations for the City of Eugene for the fiscal <br />year beginning July 1, 1981, and ending June 30, 1982; <br />and declaring an emergency. <br /> <br />Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, that the bill be read the <br />second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent <br />of the council, and that enactment be considered at this time. <br />Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />~ Council Bill 2451 was read the second time by council bill number only. <br /> <br />Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, that the bill be approved <br />and given final passage. Roll call vote; all councilors present <br />voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 18955 <br /> <br />IV. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING VARIOUS SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS (memo <br />distributed) <br /> <br />Mr. Gleason introduced Don Allen, Public Works. <br /> <br />Mr. Allen stated that this is the last of the projects staff has asked the <br />council to initiate. Staff recommends approval. <br /> <br />Res.
