The HSC is charged with <br />developing priorities and a regional budget that assists in addressing health and human <br />service needs in the community. <br /> <br />To fulfill its mission, the HSC has focused local attention on serving Iow-income, <br />disabled, and working people in Lane County who are experiencing a life crisis or have <br />limited or no access to preventive and primary health care, housing, nutrition, and other <br /> <br />69 <br /> <br /> <br />
