<br />e <br /> <br />Mr. Boles asked what impact the repeal of Resolution 2414 regarding the traf- <br />fic diverter policy would have on citizens. In response, Mr. Williams said <br />that the process would not be different for citizens. The responsibility for <br />developing gUidelines and procedures regarding traffic diverters will now <br />rest with the City Manger. The final decision on this issue would be made by <br />the Hearings Official. <br /> <br />Mayor Miller opened the public hearing. There being no requests to speak, <br />the public hearing was closed. <br /> <br />Mr. MacDonald asked that the council hold a work session on this issue before <br />taking final action. The council agreed. <br /> <br />VIII. RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SANITARY SEWER SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT FUND, A <br />STORM SEWER SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT FUND, A TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS <br />DEVELOPMENT FUND, AND A PARKS SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT FUND <br /> <br />City Manager Mike Gleason introduced the topic and indicated that David <br />Biedermann, Finance Division, was available to answer questions. <br /> <br /> Res. No. 4242--A resolution establishing a Sanitary Sewer <br /> Systems Development Fund. <br /> Res. No. 4243--A resolution establishing a Storm Sewer <br /> Systems Development Fund. <br />e Res. No. 4244--A resolution establishing a Transportation <br /> Systems Development Fund. <br /> <br />Res. No. 4245--A resolution establishing a Parks Sewer <br />Systems Development Fund. <br /> <br />Mr. Boles moved, seconded by Ms. Bascom, to adopt the resolu- <br />tion. Roll call vote. APPROVAL OF INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS COMMITTEE MINUTES <br /> <br />City Manager Mike Gleason introduced the topic. <br /> <br />Mr. Boles moved, seconded by Ms. Bascom, to approve the ac- <br />tions taken by the Intergovernmental Relations Committee in <br />meetings of April 22 and May 8, 1991, as reflected in the <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Mr. Nicholson asked for clarification of HB3128 and HB3222, which appear in <br />the April 22 minutes.
