Approval of Minutes, Findings, and Recommendations of the Hearings Official and Adoption of Resolution Forming a Local Improvement District for Paving, Curb and Gutter, Sidewalks, and Storm Sewers on Marshall Avenue and Taney Street Res. No. 4338--A resolution forming a local improvement district for paving, curb and gutters, side- walks, and storm sewers on Marshall Avenue from 200 feet east of Hughes Street to Echo Hollow Road and on Taney Street from Marshall Avenue to 250 feet south; and clarifying Reso- lution 4295's designation of Marshall Avenue as a collector. e Mr. Boles moved, seconded by Mr. Rutan, to approve the items on the City Council consent calendar.
