Motion carried unanimously. <br />Com 9/1g/76Amendment to Sign Code re: Sign Code Board of Appeals - Section 8.802 - August <br />Pub Hrg 3 reports from Planning Department have been distributed to Council, regarding <br /> amendment to the sign code as it affects the operation of the sign code board <br /> of. appeals. The amendment calls for election rather than appointment of <br /> the chairman, defines what constitutes a quorum, and requires a majority vote <br /> of, the members present rather than a concurring vote of three members. <br /> Mr. Keller moved seconded by Mr. Haws to call a public hearing for <br /> September 20.
