Contingency Appropriation for Petersen Barn and Morse Ranch Maintenance <br /> October 1 memo from Parks Director has been distributed to Council, indicating <br /> a deficit of approximately $4100 and suggesting use of contingency funds, <br /> Manager noted that the Parks Department runs very close to its budget each <br /> year. Neighborhood liaison noted that the neighborhood groups favor the proposal <br /> for transfer of funds so that maintenance can be provided at both complexes. <br /> Mrs. Bea1 wondered why so much is saved on janitorial services when contracted <br /> out.
