Motion carried unanimously. <br /> C.B. 1525--Rezoning property located west of Fox Hollow Road, south <br /> of 46th Avenue from County AGT and RA to City R-1 was read <br /> by council bill number only, there being no Council member <br /> present requesting it be read in full. <br /> Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Mr. Delay, that the bill be read <br /> the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous <br /> consent of the Council, and that enactment be considered at <br /> this time. Motion carried unanimously, and the bill was read <br /> the second time by council bill number only. <br /> Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Mr. Delay, that the bill be approved <br /> and given final passage. Roll call vote. All council members <br /> present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered <br /> 18039. <br /> --------------- <br /> XI.
