VI. Amendment to Res. 2684 Re: FAA Grant for Airport Development
Manager noted the amendment to the grant was for a minor technicality,
with Federal regulations requiring parking provisions.
e Res. No. 2731--Authorizing approval and acceptance of grant offer for
airport development project, and repealing Res. No. 2684
was read by number and title.
Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Mr. Delay, to adopt the resolution.
Roll call vote. Motion carried unanimously.
VII. Liquor License Application
A. The Depot, 453 Willamette Street (RMB), adding partner: Murdock
Evan McIntyre
Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Mr. Delay, to approve and forward
to OLCC. Motion carried unanimously.
VIII. Public Hearings: Street and Alley Vacations--Called July 6, 1977
A. Street Vacation, Brawner Boulevard, located adjacent to Blocks
1 and 2 of Magladry's Subdivision of College Crest Addition
(Braemen) (SV 77-1)
Recommended by Planning Commission June 7, 1977 with a unanimous
vote. Jim Saul said the street in question was dedicated a number
of years ago and is an unimproved street. The property immediately
south is the Braemen Village development, and property to the north
is a subdivision proposal. There is no need for this street to
provide right-of-way or utility easements, and the vacation would
e allow better access to the property.
Public hearing was held with no testimony presented.
C.B. 1522--Vacating portion of Brawner Boulevard located adjacent
to Blocks 1 and 2 of Magladry's Subdivision of College
Crest Addition was read by council bill number and title
only, there being no Council member present requesting
it be read in full.
Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Mr. Delay, that the bill be read
the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous
consent of the Council, and that enactment be considered at
this time. Motion carried unanimously, and the bill was read
the second time by council bill number only.
Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Mr. Delay, that the bill be approved
and given final passage. Roll call vote. All Council members
present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered
18036.
---------------
e
8/10/77--9
bOq
