Motion carried unanimously, with Mr. Haws and Mr. Delay abstaining. Res. No. 2897--Authorizing initiating process for sanitary sewer construc- tion to serve Tax Lots 18-03-16-30-2900 and 3000 on Skyline Park Loop (1586) was read by number and title. (Affected property on petition; assessable costs: sewers, 65.7 percent; City costs, $1,900 deferred assessments) Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, to adopt the resolution. Motion carried unanimously, with Mr. Haws and Mr. Delay abstaining. Res. No. 2898--Authorizing initiating process for sanitary sewer construc- tion on Willakenzie Road from Cal Young Road to 520 feet north (1603) was read by number and title. Motion carried unanimously, with Mr. Haws and Mr. Delay abstaining. - Res. No. 2870--Authorizing initiating process for street paving, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer construction to serve Lincoln Crest Subdivision; and street paving on Lincoln Street from 31st Avenue to Crest Drive (1421) was read by number and title. (Affected property on petition; assessable costs: paving, 92 percent; sewers, 100 percent; City costs, $15,500 street paving on City property.) Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, to adopt the resolution. Motion carried unanimously, with Mr. Haws and Mr. Delay abstaining. VII. Approval of Minutes Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, to approve Council minutes of April 26, 1978. Roll call vote. Motion carried unanimously with Mr. Haws abstaining. VIII. Work Session: T-2000 Plan e Manager said the staff would clarify the link map, respond to questions from the last work session, and respond to any further questions. Jim Farah, Planner, with the use of the Select link Map, explained for Council the printout regarding 6th-7th avenues, how many trips went through that link, and various points throughout the metro area that they came to.
