Provides immunity to <br /> health care provider, law enforcement agency, protective service worker or court in <br /> regard to decision + }. { + Prohibits fact that personal representative was allowed or <br /> was not allowed to accompany victim from being used as basis for excluding <br /> otherwise admissible evidence.
