2005 Legislative Session IGR Committee Bill Approval June 13, 2005 <br /> <br /> { - Prohibits public body from including cost of legal services in fees established for <br /> disclosing public records. Except when person requests disclosure of public records <br /> ~n manner other than manner in which public body maintains public records, prohibits <br /> )ublic body from including labor costs in fees established for disclosing public <br /> records. - } { + Allows public body, in order to comply with request for disclosure of <br /> )ublic records, to establish fee to reimburse public body for time spent by attorney to <br /> review records, redact material from records or segregate records into exempt and <br /> nonexempt records. Prohibits public body from including costs of other legal services <br /> ~n fee established to make records available. Limits amount of fee public body may <br /> charge to comply with request for public records unless public body provides <br /> requestor with written notification of estimated amount of fee and requestor confirms <br /> HB 2545A 2 Support that requestor wants public body to proceed with making records available. + } 5/12 <br /> Authorizes construction of single family dwelling on lot or parcel on which land use <br /> restriction or reinterpretation prevents construction of dwelling that could have been <br /> constructed when owner acquired lot or parcel. Requires landowner to apply to <br /> governing body of city or county, or its designee, for approval to construct dwelling. <br /> Requires governing body of city or county, or its designee, to approve or deny <br /> application within 120 days of date application is submitted. Provides for judicial <br /> review of denial of application. Specifies regulations that apply to siting and <br /> HB 2549 2 Oppose construction of dwelling. 3/09 <br /> Authorizes construction of single family dwelling on lot or parcel on which land use <br /> restriction or reinterpretation prevents construction of dwelling that could have been <br /> constructed when owner acquired lot or parcel.
