2005 Legislative Session IGR Committee Bill Approval June 13, 2005 <br /> <br /> Exempts law enforcement officials acting in course of official duty { + and <br /> performing lawful intervention technique + } from motor vehicle accident reporting <br /> requirements. { + Defines 'lawful intervention technique.' + } Declares emergency, <br /> HB 2569A 2 Support effective on passage. 0/00 <br /> Reduces rate of tax on capital gains of personal income and corporate income and <br /> excise taxpayers. Phases in reduction. Applies to tax years beginning on or after <br /> January 1, 2006, for personal income taxpayers and January 1,2008, for corporate <br /> HB 2574 2 Oppose income and excise taxpayers. 3/09 <br /> Provides that certain persons who apply for driver license, driver permit or <br /> identification card be deemed to have consented to registration with Selective Service <br /> System. Appropriates moneys from General Fund to Department of Transportation <br /> for implementing registration provisions and providing notice to applicants. Requires <br /> Director of Transportation to seek reimbursement from Selective Service System for <br /> HB 2575 2 Oppose amount appropriated from General Fund. 3/09 <br /> Requires person to be citizen of United States or otherwise be legally present in <br /> United States before person can receive driver license, driver permit or identification <br /> H B 2608 2 Oppose card. 4/07 <br /> Directs county to allow establishment of single-family dwelling on lot or parcel located <br /> in farm use zone if specified conditions are met. Authorizes county to impose certain <br /> HB 2617 2 Oppose conditions on establishment of dwelling. 4/07 <br /> Requires Land Conservation and Development Commission, when establishing <br /> standards for authorization of dwelling in conjunction with farm use, to adopt rules for <br /> authorization of dwellings in areas zoned for exclusive farm use that take into <br /> consideration capability of lot or parcel, including size and soil class, agricultural <br /> HB 2618 2 Oppose activities on adjacent lots or parcels and other relevant factors. 4/07 <br /> Authorizes counties to designate rural development zones without adopting <br /> exceptions to statewide planning goals relating to urbanization or to public facilities <br /> and services. Establishes criteria for rural economic planning in rural development <br /> HB 2619 2 Oppose zones. 3/31 <br /> Prohibits inclusion of lot, parcel or tract in exclusive farm use zone unless lot, parcel <br /> or tract is capable of providing gross annual income in excess of specified amount <br /> HB 2620 2 Oppose from sale of farm products using accepted farm practices. 3/31 <br /> Eliminates minimum lot or parcel size requirement for land divisions in resource <br /> zones.
