2005 Legislative Session IGR Committee Bill Approval June 13, 2005 <br /> <br /> Authorizes dwellings clustered in rural areas to be served by sewer systems. <br /> Requires owners of clustered dwellings to be served by sewer system to enter into <br /> common maintenance agreement in favor of local government. Prohibits land use <br /> planning goals and administrative rules that conflict with establishing sewer systems <br /> HB 2705 2 Oppose serving dwellings clustered in rural areas. Defines 'clustered' and 'local government. Provides that procedures do not apply to <br /> local option property taxes. Excepts local option tax revenues from offset against <br /> HB 2721 2 Support State School Fund grants. 4/07 <br /> Eliminates authority for city. to veto incorporation of proposed city within three miles. <br /> Modifies circumstances in which county must reject proposed incorporation of city <br /> HB 2722 2 Oppose 2ursuant to written objection of city within three miles. 4/07 <br /> Provides that home address, home telephone number and electronic mail address of <br /> HB 2724 2 Support public safety officer are exempt from disclosure. 3/31 <br /> Imposes fee for issuance of first Oregon certificate of title. Allocates moneys from <br /> HB 2731 2 Oppose/Am fee among Department of Transportation, counties and cities. 3/24 <br /> Establishes Safe Routes to Schools Fund. Continuously appropriates moneys in fund <br /> to Department of Transportation. Requires department to establish safe routes to <br /> HB 2742 2 Support schools program to assist communities. 4/07 <br /> Establishes primary dwelling as outright permitted use on lawfully created lot or <br /> HB 2750 2 Oppose parcel without regard to whether lot or parcel is employed for farm use. 4/07 <br /> HB 2755 2 Oppose/Am Modifies procedures relating to subdividing or partitioning land. 4/07 <br /> Allows person with concealed handgun license to purchase firearm without <br /> HB 2768 2 Oppose undergoing criminal history record check. 3/31 <br /> Requires Department of State Police to destroy records obtained during criminal <br /> HB 2799 2 Oppose records check within 24 hours of approval for qualified firearms purchasers. 4/14 <br /> <br /> Page18 <br /> <br /> <br />
