Declares <br /> HB 2827 2 Support emergency, effective July 1, 2005. 4/07 <br /> Requires participants in Adopt-a-Highway program to pay costs of participation. <br /> Requires applicants to appear in person at public meetings. Requires identities of <br /> applicants to be provided to news media.
