Punishes by maximum <br /> HB 3364 2 Oppose of five years' imprisonment, $125,000 fine, or both. 4/14 <br /> Requires percentage of estimated total cost of all urban renewal projects proposed <br /> to be undertaken under urban renewal plan to be for affordable housing. Requires <br /> amendment to existing plans to provide that percentage of total costs of projects be <br /> for affordable housing. Permits municipality to opt out of affordable housing <br /> requirements if governing body of municipality finds that adequate supply of <br /> HB 3369 2 Oppose affordable housing exists and will continue to exist in plan area. 4/21 <br /> Allows State Treasurer to define 'collateral' and establish amounts for purpose of <br /> securing deposits of public funds. Substitutes collateral requirement for certificates of <br /> participation with regard to depositories of public funds. Provides that if collateral <br /> deposited by particular depository is inadequate to reimburse loss of public funds, <br /> State Treasurer may assess collateral of other depositories. Specifies circumstances <br /> HB 3376 2 Support/Am under which depositories may opt out of provision. 4/21 <br /> Requires Commissioner of Bureau of Labor and Industries to adopt rules for <br /> determining which prevailing wage rates are in effect and apply to public works <br /> HB 3382 2 Neutral contract exempted from competitive bidding requirements. 4/21 <br /> Requires contractor or subcontractor on public works contract to pay prevailing wage <br /> rates to workers who manufacture or fabricate nonstandard items made to order for <br /> HB 3383 2 Support public works, whether work is done on or off public works site. 4/14 <br /> Prohibits units of local government and special districts that enter into cooperative <br /> agreement providing library services from excluding other entities from providing <br /> HB 3389 2 Neut/Am library services. 4/21 <br /> Requires Economic Revitalization Team to establish application procedure for <br /> review and consideration of land use and environmental permits and approvals <br /> required for construction of traded sector industrial project. Establishes Industrial <br /> Siting Council to act as single point of entry for land use and environmental permits <br /> and approvals. Directs council to establish one or more advisory committees. <br /> Authorizes council to coordinate review and consideration of permits and approvals <br /> relating to eligible project and to issue site certificate authorizing construction of <br /> HB 3392 2 Oppose project when permits and approvals are granted. 4/28 <br /> <br /> Page 28 <br /> <br /> <br />
