2005 Legislative Session IGR Committee Bill Approval June 13, 2005 <br /> <br /> Imposes additional information requirement for notice or written plan for chemical <br /> application involving commercial application of pesticides to certain forestlands. <br /> Extends time for making comments regarding notice or written plan for pesticide <br /> application. Delays earliest time for proceeding with pesticide application following <br /> submission of written plan. Makes failure to timely file notice subject to civil penalty, <br /> not to exceed $5,000. Makes failure to comply with State Forester order to file notice <br /> or to correct notice information punishable by civil penalty, not to exceed $5,000 for <br /> HB 3002 3 Support each day of noncompliance. 4/07 <br /> Prohibits disclosure of public records relating to criminal investigation or prosecution <br /> or to confinement of persons convicted of crimes unless personal identifiers have <br /> been deleted. Increases punishment for identity theft if personal information <br /> H B 3010 3 Support transferred relates to specified persons. 5/05 <br /> Creates authority for fatality review teams to review records related to domestic <br /> HB 3011 3 Support violence fatalities for purpose of preventing future fatalities. 4/14 <br /> Changes process for seeking review of fees adopted by municipality enforcing state <br /> building code or specialty code.
