<br />e Mr. Croteau stated that only the westerly seven feet of this public utility <br />easement are required. Adrienne Lannom, Planning Commission, is present to <br />answer questions if necessary. <br /> <br />Public hearing was opened; there being no testimony, public hearing was <br />closed. <br /> <br />CB 2242--An ordinance authorizing vacation of the east 13 feet of a <br />20-foot-wide public utility easement located between Danebo <br />Street and Regina Street, south of Barger Avenue. <br /> <br />Ms. Miller moved, seconded by Mr. Obie, that the bill be read <br />the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous <br />consent of the council, and that enactment be considered at <br />this time. Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Council Bill 2242 was read the second time by council bill number only. <br /> <br />Ms. Miller moved, seconded by Mr. Obie, that the bill be approved <br />and given final passage. Roll call vote; all councilors present <br />voting Ilaye," the bill was declared passed and numbered 18750. <br /> <br />3. Easement vacation for Allen Coburn (EV 80-6) (map distributed) <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Mr. Gleason introduced Jim Croteau, Planning, to provide information. <br /> <br />Mr. Croteau stated that the Planning Commission recommended approval with a <br />5:0 vote on October 13, 1980. They are requesting this vacation since it is <br />not needed for utilities or the subdivision.
