<br />e <br /> <br />Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Mr. Lindberg, to approve council <br />minutes of January 14, 1981, and January 28, 1981, and Legislative <br />Subcommittee minutes of February 19, 1981. Roll call vote; motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Finance Resolutions (memo, exhibits distributed) <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Mr. Gleason stated that these are routine adjustments in accordance with budget <br />law. He noted that Loren Stubbert, Finance Department, was available to answer <br />questions. <br /> <br />Res. No. 3479--A resolution authorizing the transfer of non-contingency appro- <br />priations within a given fund between official budget categories. <br /> <br />Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Mr. Lindberg, to adopt the resolution. <br />Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Res. No. 3480--A resolution acknowledging adjustment to estimated revenues and <br />authorizing the adjustment to appropriations and expenditures <br />related to those revenues. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Mr. Lindberg, to adopt the resolution. <br />Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Res. No. 3481--A resolution amending Resolution No. 3456; adjusting revenues <br />and related appropriations which were incorrectly adjusted in the <br />Aviation Fund. <br /> <br />Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Mr. Lindberg, to adopt the resolution. <br />Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Lindberg stated that he would like to know who from the Library is going to <br />Washington, DC, and what the circumstances are. Mr. Gleason responded that he <br />would obtain this information for Mr. Lindberg. <br /> <br />C. Adoption of Findings and Conclusions Regarding Zone Change Request <br />Denial (Chambers Development Corporation) (Z 80-30) (findings distributed) <br /> <br />Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, to adopt findings and <br />conclusions denying a zone change request from RG Garden Apartment <br />Residential District to RP Residential-Professional District for <br />property located south and west of the intersection of Sand Avenue <br />and Country Club Road. Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />III. STATE MANDATED FIVE-YEAR FORECAST (memo distributed) <br /> <br />Mr. Gleason stated that this forecast is required by law to be prepared and <br />adopted but it does not represent a usable document. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, to approve the State Mandated Five-Year <br />Forecast. <br /> <br />MINUTES--Eugene City Council <br /> <br />February 25, 1981 <br /> <br />Page 2 <br />
