We continue to be <br />recognized for our individual, program, department and City accomplishments. The list to too <br />long for me to reproduce here. It is that commitment to achieving excellence that we seek to <br />nurture and maintain as an important City expectation of each of us. Whether we call it <br />continuous improvement or just the inability to leave well enough alone, striving for high <br />performance and achieving verified outcomes is an important norm for your City organization. <br /> <br />This year our Public Works Department was accredited by the American Publics Works <br />Association becoming one of only about 20 organizations in North America to achieve this <br />prestigious status. Our Fire and Emergency Medical Services Department was recommended for <br /> <br /> 13 <br /> <br /> <br />
